Account Registration
Eligibility and age requirements
- Minimum age: You may only open an Account and use the Services if you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your place of residence, whichever is higher. The Website is intended for adults only.
- Australian players: If you are physically present in Australia, you should be aware that the Operator offers its Services from offshore in contravention of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001. While it is not a criminal offence for you as a player to access offshore gambling sites, the Operator is not licensed in Australia and is subject to potential ACMA blocking orders.
- Self-exclusion: The Website is not connected to Australia's national self-exclusion register "BetStop". If you have self-excluded via BetStop, that exclusion will not automatically apply here. You must request self-exclusion directly from the Operator if required.
- Prohibited users: You must not open or use an Account if:
- you are under 18 or under the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction; or
- online gambling is illegal in your jurisdiction; or
- you are accessing the Website from a Prohibited Jurisdiction as designated by the Operator from time to time.
Account creation process
- Registration: To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form, providing at least your full name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and a chosen password. Additional data may be requested.
- Email verification: You may be required to verify your email by clicking a confirmation link. The Operator may restrict use of the Services until verification is completed.
- Single account: You may only hold one Account with Redspin. Multiple, duplicate or linked Accounts may be closed, with Bonuses forfeited and, in serious cases, winnings voided.
- Accuracy of information: You warrant that all registration data is true, complete and up-to-date and that you are registering on your own behalf and not for any third party.
KYC, identity and source-of-funds verification
- Mandatory verification: The Operator may, at any time (and generally before processing withdrawals), request KYC documents, which may include:
- photo ID (passport, driver's licence or national ID);
- proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months);
- proof of payment method ownership (copy of card with masked digits, e-wallet screenshot, bank statement); and
- evidence of source of funds where required by anti-money laundering procedures.
- Failure to provide: If you do not provide requested documents, or if the Operator reasonably suspects that they are false, altered or inconsistent, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, retain funds as permitted by applicable law and void Bonuses or winnings arising from non-verified activity.
- Age verification: If, after registration, it is found that you were underage at the time you placed any Bets, your Account will be closed, Bets voided and any winnings forfeited. Deposits may be returned, subject to deduction of reasonable administrative costs and any chargeback-related expenses.
User obligations and account security
- Confidentiality: You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party. You are responsible for any activity on your Account using your credentials.
- Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must promptly change your password and notify support at [email protected].
- Compliance: You agree to:
- use the Services only for personal, non-commercial entertainment;
- not use bots, scripts, VPNs specifically designed to circumvent geo-blocks, multi-account strategies or other techniques to gain an unfair advantage;
- not engage in money laundering, fraud, collusion or other criminal activity via the Website.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General rules for placing Bets
- Availability: You may place Bets only when:
- your Account is active and not suspended or self-excluded; and
- you have sufficient available balance (real-money or eligible Bonus Funds) to cover the Bet.
- Minimum and maximum Bets: Each Game has a minimum and maximum stake defined by the game provider and/or the Operator. You must adhere to these limits. Certain promotions may impose lower maximum stakes when wagering Bonus Funds.
- Game rules: The rules, pay-tables, return-to-player (RTP) ranges and other characteristics of each Game are defined by the relevant software supplier (for example, RTG). By placing a Bet, you accept the applicable game-specific rules.
- Time of acceptance: A Bet is considered accepted when it is recorded on the Operator's servers. System logs maintained by the Operator and relevant game providers shall prevail in case of discrepancy.
Modification, cancellation and errors
- No cancellation by player: Once a Bet has been accepted and the Game round has begun, you generally cannot cancel or modify the Bet.
- Obvious errors / malfunctions: If a Bet is accepted or a Game outcome is displayed due to an obvious error, technical malfunction or misconfiguration (including but not limited to incorrect game pay-tables, mis-priced jackpots or miscrediting of winnings), the Operator reserves the right to:
- void the affected Bet(s) and Game round(s);
- correct the error and re-settle the Bet based on the correct rules; and/or
- remove wrongly credited funds from your balance.
- Disconnection: In the event of network interruption, system crash or disconnection, the outcome of any Bet already placed will be determined based on the final result recorded on the game server. Where allowed by the software provider, you will be able to resume interrupted rounds.
Fair play, collusion and prohibited conduct
- Fair play: You must not:
- use external tools or software (including bots, auto-players, advantage tools) to influence Game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage;
- exploit bugs, glitches or malfunctions in the software or Website;
- engage in collusion or team play designed to manipulate outcomes.
- Game integrity: Games are supplied by third-party providers who may hold generic fairness certifications (for example, general RTG software audits by Testing Systems such as GLI). These certificates apply to the software platform as a whole and are not specific approvals of Redspin.
- Consequences: If the Operator reasonably suspects unfair play, fraud or abuse, it may suspend or close your Account, void Bets, confiscate Bonuses and associated winnings, and report relevant details to applicable authorities and payment providers.
Live casino, chat and user conduct
- Respectful behaviour: When using any live casino, chat or interactive feature, you must not:
- send or display abusive, threatening, defamatory, racist, sexist, discriminatory, obscene or otherwise offensive content;
- harass, spam or solicit other users or dealers;
- advertise other websites, services or products;
- promote or discuss illegal activities.
- Monitoring: Chats may be monitored and recorded for security, compliance and quality-control purposes. The Operator may remove content or restrict chat access for any reason.
- Breach: Breach of these conduct rules may result in warnings, temporary chat bans, suspension of your Account or permanent closure, at the Operator's discretion.
Bonus Terms
General bonus principles
- Separate terms: All Bonuses, promotions and loyalty rewards are subject to:
- these general Bonus Terms; and
- any specific terms published on the promotional page or communicated by email or on-site messages.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are offered at the Operator's discretion and may be targeted to particular players, countries or segments. The Operator may withhold or withdraw a Bonus if eligibility criteria are not met.
- Abuse prevention: Bonus offers are intended for genuine recreational play. Patterns of deposit, wagering or withdrawal that indicate abuse or arbitrage may lead to Bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.
Bonus activation and crediting
- Activation steps: To receive a Bonus, you may need to:
- enter a bonus code at registration or deposit;
- opt-in via a checkbox or promotion page; or
- accept an offer communicated through email or in-account notification.
- Time limits: Bonuses typically specify a claim period (for example, within 7 days of offer) and a wagering timeframe (for example, 30 days to complete Wagering Requirements). Exact durations will be detailed in the specific offer and will not exceed 2026 unless explicitly stated.
- Bonus funds and real-money balance: The Operator may apply a balance hierarchy, whereby Real-Money Balance is wagered before Bonus Funds, or vice versa, depending on the promotion. This hierarchy will be described in the relevant promotional terms or the general Bonus FAQ.
Wagering requirements
- Standard wagering: Unless stated otherwise, a deposit-match Bonus will be subject to a minimum wagering requirement (for example, 30x the Bonus amount, or 30x the sum of deposit and Bonus). Free spins winnings may also carry wagering requirements (for example, 20x the winnings amount).
- Completion of wagering: You must meet the Wagering Requirements within the specified timeframe. If you fail to do so, the Bonus and any winnings generated from that Bonus may be removed from your Account.
- Maximum bet while wagering: During active wagering of a Bonus, a maximum Bet limit per spin/round (for example, AUD 7.50 or a percentage of the Bonus) may apply. Placing higher Bets can be considered Bonus abuse and may result in cancellation of the Bonus and associated winnings.
Game restrictions and contribution percentages
- Eligible games: Not all Games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Typically:
- most video slots contribute 100%;
- table games, video poker and some specialty games contribute a lower percentage or 0%.
- Prohibited games: Certain slots or high-risk Games may be excluded from Bonus play. Bets placed on excluded Games while using Bonus Funds may be voided, and the Operator may cancel the Bonus.
- Irregular play: The following, among others, may be treated as irregular play when using Bonuses:
- placing large Bets with Bonus Funds followed by significantly reducing stake size after a big win;
- low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies;
- deliberately delaying Game rounds (for example, saving free-spin features) for later use after wagering is complete.
Combining promotions and bonus limitations
- One active Bonus at a time: Unless explicitly allowed, you may not have more than one active deposit Bonus or wagering Bonus at the same time.
- No stacking: Attempting to claim multiple overlapping promotions on the same deposit may result in all such Bonuses being cancelled.
- Maximum winnings from Bonuses: Some Bonuses may impose a cap on the amount that can be withdrawn from Bonus-derived winnings (for example, a maximum of AUD 5,000). Any winnings exceeding such cap may be removed upon withdrawal.
- Bonus cancellation: You may request cancellation of an active Bonus by contacting support. However, this will also result in forfeiture of any winnings derived from that Bonus Funds.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Deposit methods: The Website may support a range of payment methods, such as:
- credit and debit cards;
- e-wallets and online payment services;
- bank transfers;
- selected cryptocurrencies, where permitted by the Operator.
- Minimum and maximum deposits: Each payment method will have minimum and maximum deposit limits as indicated on the cashier page. The Operator may adjust these limits in line with risk management and regulatory considerations.
- Fees: The Operator generally aims not to charge deposit fees. However, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may impose fees, currency conversion charges or cash-advance fees, for which the Operator is not responsible.
- Ownership of payment methods: All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment methods is prohibited and may lead to voiding of Bets and closure of the Account.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal methods and process: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same method used for deposit, where technically possible. If this is not feasible, the Operator may request an alternative payout method or bank transfer in your name.
- Verification requirement: Before processing withdrawals, the Operator may require completion of KYC checks. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in cancellation of the withdrawal and, where legally allowed, closure of the Account.
- Limits and timeframes:
- Per-transaction, daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal limits may apply and are listed in the cashier or FAQ sections.
- The Operator aims to review withdrawal requests within a reasonable period (for example, 1 - 3 Business Days), but external processing times (banks, card schemes, crypto networks) may extend total payment time.
- Pending period: The Operator may offer a short pending period during which you may reverse a withdrawal back to your Account balance. After this period, withdrawal requests are processed and may not be cancelled.
Chargebacks, refunds and negative balances
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, the Operator may:
- immediately suspend or close your Account;
- cancel outstanding Bets and pending withdrawals;
- recover amounts owed by offsetting against future deposits or winnings; and
- report your details to payment processors, banks and relevant authorities.
- Refunds: Deposits are not normally refundable. In exceptional cases (for example, confirmed technical error or duplicate transaction), the Operator may, at its sole discretion, process a refund to the original payment method, net of any reasonable costs.
- Negative balances: If, due to error or chargeback, your Account shows a negative balance, you agree to repay this amount to the Operator on demand.
Currency, exchange rates and crypto
- Account currency: Your Account may be maintained in one or more permitted currencies, as indicated during registration or in the cashier.
- Conversion: Where currency conversion is required, it will be performed at prevailing rates applied by the Operator or your payment provider. You are responsible for any resulting conversion charges or rate fluctuations.
- Cryptocurrency: If crypto deposits/withdrawals are offered, the value of crypto may fluctuate significantly. The Operator will credit your Account according to the value at the time of confirmation as determined by its chosen rate source. The Operator is not liable for subsequent price changes between deposit and withdrawal.
Refunding Bets and Bonuses
- Technical failures: In cases of verified technical failure that invalidates a Game round or Bet, the Operator may:
- void affected Bets and return staked amounts to your Account; or
- replay or re-settle the Game according to correct rules.
- Bonus reversals: If a Bonus was credited in error or you breached Bonus Terms, the Operator may remove the Bonus and associated winnings and return only your original deposit, where appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
Operator obligations and service provision
- Reasonable care: The Operator will provide the Services using reasonable skill and care and will take commercially reasonable steps to:
- maintain the availability and integrity of the Website; and
- ensure that Game results are generated by certified random number generators provided by third-party suppliers (such as RTG), which are subject to general fairness audits (for example, by technical testing laboratories such as GLI).
- No local licence in Australia: You acknowledge that the Operator does not hold an Australian gambling licence and operates offshore, purportedly under Curaçao Master Licence 365/JAZ. Player protection measures may therefore be weaker than those available under Australian-regulated operators, and there is effectively no regulatory dispute resolution available via the Curaçao authorities as of 2026.
Exclusions and limitations
- No warranty of uninterrupted access: The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". The Operator does not warrant that:
- the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses;
- defects will always be corrected immediately; or
- third-party software or networks will operate without failure.
- Technical failures: The Operator is not liable for:
- hardware or software failures, network interruptions, disconnections or delays;
- telecommunications outages or internet routing issues;
- loss or damage arising from your inability to place or settle Bets due to such events.
- Indirect damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator will not be liable for:
- indirect, consequential or special loss or damage;
- loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill; or
- any losses attributable to your own breach of these Terms, negligence or misconduct.
- Maximum liability: Without prejudice to the foregoing, where the Operator is found liable to you in relation to a specific Bet, Game or transaction, its maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed:
- the amount of the Bet originally placed on the relevant Game or event; or
- where the claim does not relate to a specific Bet, the total amount of your deposits to the Account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, up to the minimum extent required by applicable law.
Responsible gambling and risk acknowledgement
- Risk of loss: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and may result in loss of money. You are fully responsible for any losses incurred.
- No financial advice: The Operator does not provide financial, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for any tax liabilities related to your gambling activity.
- Responsible play: You should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose and are encouraged to use any responsible gambling tools (limits, self-exclusion) offered on the Website.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of content and software
- Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website and Services, including but not limited to:
- the Redspin brand, trade names, logos and trade dress;
- website design, layout, text, graphics, images, audio and video content;
- software, source code, object code, databases and underlying systems; and
- Game titles, mechanics and artistic elements provided by third-party suppliers,
Limited licence to use the Services
- Personal use only: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website and Games solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
- Prohibited uses: You must not:
- copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works from the Website or software, except where expressly permitted by law;
- sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or content for commercial purpose;
- remove or obscure copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.
Third-party rights
- Licensor protection: Game providers and other licensors are third-party beneficiaries of these Intellectual Property Rights provisions and may enforce them directly.
- Reporting infringements: If you believe that content on the Website infringes your intellectual property rights, you should contact [email protected] with sufficient details of the alleged infringement.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Privacy Policy: The collection, use, storage and disclosure of your personal data are governed by the Website's Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
- Data processing: The Operator will process your personal data, including KYC information and transactional history, for purposes that include:
- providing and improving the Services;
- complying with anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing and other legal obligations applicable to the Operator's jurisdiction;
- preventing fraud and ensuring security; and
- marketing, where you have provided the necessary consents.
- Offshore processing: You acknowledge that your data may be processed on servers located outside Australia, under the laws of the Operator's jurisdiction (for example, Curaçao or other locations used by its service providers), which may offer a different level of data protection than Australian law.
Changes to Terms
Amendments and updates
- Right to modify: The Operator may amend these Terms, the Bonus Terms, the Privacy Policy and any other policies at any time to reflect:
- changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance (including developments in the IGA or Curaçao regime reform);
- alterations to the Services, Games or payment systems; or
- internal risk management or business decisions.
- Notification: Material changes will be communicated by one or more of the following:
- email to the address registered to your Account;
- prominent notice or banner on the Website; or
- in-Account notification upon login.
Acceptance of changes
- Continued use: By continuing to use the Website or Services after changes become effective, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
- If you disagree: If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must:
- stop using the Services immediately; and
- contact support to close your Account and request withdrawal of any eligible Real-Money Balance, subject to standard verification procedures and any applicable legal restrictions.
Termination & Suspension
Termination by you
- Account closure: You may terminate your relationship with the Operator at any time by:
- using any available self-service account closure tool; or
- contacting customer support at [email protected] with a closure request.
- Withdrawal of funds: Upon closure, you may request withdrawal of any remaining Real-Money Balance, subject to:
- completion of KYC checks;
- deduction of any outstanding chargebacks, fees or amounts owed; and
- applicable withdrawal limits and methods.
Suspension and termination by the Operator
- Grounds for suspension/closure: The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account, void Bets and forfeit Bonuses and associated winnings, where it reasonably believes that:
- you have breached these Terms or any applicable policy;
- you have provided false, inaccurate or misleading information;
- you are underage or otherwise ineligible;
- you have engaged in or attempted fraud, collusion, money laundering, chargebacks or other unlawful or improper conduct;
- your Account has been used by a third party; or
- such action is necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or ACMA blocking measures.
- Notice: Where reasonably possible, the Operator will provide notice of suspension or termination and the reasons for such action, using the contact details recorded in your Account. However, the Operator may, without notice, take immediate action where required to protect its legitimate interests or prevent fraud.
Consequences of termination
- Balance treatment: If your Account is closed:
- any active Bonuses and associated winnings may be cancelled;
- your Real-Money Balance may be returned to you, unless withheld as permitted by applicable law (for example, where funds are linked to fraud or money laundering);
- data relating to your Account may be retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
- No further access: After termination, you must not attempt to open a new Account or use the Services unless expressly permitted by the Operator in writing.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable law
- Offshore governing law: These Terms, your Account and all related matters are, to the extent legally permitted, governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licensed (purportedly Curaçao under the 365/JAZ regime), excluding any conflict-of-laws rules that would result in the application of another law.
- Australian law considerations: If you are located in Australia, you acknowledge:
- the Services are offered from offshore and are not authorised by any Australian regulator;
- the IGA may apply to the Operator, and ACMA may issue blocking or enforcement orders against the Website domain; and
- these Terms do not displace any mandatory consumer protections that might apply to you under Australian law to the extent that such laws cannot legally be excluded.
Dispute resolution
- Internal complaints: If you have a complaint regarding the Services, you should first contact customer support at [email protected] with full details. The Operator will use reasonable efforts to investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
- External mediation: As the Curaçao sub-licensing regime as applied to this Operator offers limited or no effective player dispute resolution, you may have limited recourse beyond internal processes. Some RTG casinos may refer disputes to third-party mediators, such as Central Dispute System (CDS); however, this is not guaranteed and may not be binding on the Operator.
- Courts / arbitration: Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that grant you jurisdiction in your local courts, you agree that any unresolved dispute may be brought:
- before the competent courts of the Operator's principal place of business; or
- where mutually agreed, before an arbitration body in the Operator's jurisdiction under its applicable arbitration rules.
